Terms Overview
Service engagements
Project-based services, retainers, and delivery timelines are governed by signed proposals or master service agreements that define scope, milestones, and responsibilities.
SaaS product usage
SaaS subscriptions are provided as access licenses, subject to acceptable use, account security, and plan limits. Access may be suspended for misuse or non-payment.
Fees and billing
Service invoices follow contract milestones and payment terms. SaaS plans are billed monthly or annually as selected, and renewal terms are defined at checkout or in your order form.
Intellectual property and data
Client-owned project deliverables transfer as stated in contract terms. Turn retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks and SaaS platform IP. Customer data remains customer-owned.
Warranties and liability
We provide services with professional care and operate SaaS platforms with reasonable uptime targets. Liability caps, exclusions, and remedies are controlled by the governing service agreement.
